Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Body Agent ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Body Agent is operated by Body Agent AI ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Body Agent is an AI-powered health and productivity agent that connects to wearable devices (WHOOP, Oura Ring), calendars (Google Calendar, Calendly), business tools (Stripe), and messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS) to automatically schedule health behaviors, manage your calendar based on recovery data, and provide personalized insights.

3. Account and Integrations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected integrations. You grant Body Agent permission to access data from the services you connect (e.g., WHOOP recovery data, Oura readiness scores, Google Calendar events, Stripe revenue) solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard or by messaging the bot. Disconnecting an integration revokes our access to that service.

4. Agent Actions

Body Agent acts as an autonomous agent on your behalf. This includes creating and modifying calendar events, sending emails to meeting attendees, and sending you messages via Telegram, WhatsApp, or SMS. While the agent operates within defined parameters, you acknowledge that automated actions may occasionally produce unintended results.

You can undo agent actions (such as meeting reschedules) at any time via the bot interface.

5. SMS Terms

By texting your link code to Body Agent, you expressly consent to enroll in our recurring automated SMS message program. Messages include daily health briefings, behavior schedule check-ins, meal logging confirmations, and AI agent replies. Message frequency varies (approximately 1-5 messages per day). Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for help. Text START to re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect your Body Agent account or other connected channels. For support, email derek@bodyagent.ai.

We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number or opt-in information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Body Agent, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

7. Health Data Disclaimer

Body Agent is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Health data from wearables (recovery scores, HRV, sleep metrics) is used for scheduling optimization only. Do not rely on Body Agent for medical decisions. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Health data is never shared with meeting attendees or third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

9. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your stored data, including OAuth tokens, health metrics, and conversation history.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed meetings, incorrect scheduling, or data inaccuracies from connected services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
